Partnership Community Safety Team
The Partnership Community Safety Team (PCST) is made up of council, police and voluntary sector employees. Most PCST staff are based in offices at 162 North Street, Brighton.
The PCST is responsible for:

ensuring statutory Partnership duties are carried out

the delivery of frontline services around hate crimes, anti-social behaviour and support to families with complex needs

producing annual strategic assessments and strategic plans

the co-ordination of work on strategy priority areas
- managing the day to day work of the Safe in the City Partnership
The PCST has staff specialising in:

Domestic violence

Racist/religiously motivated, disability and LGBT hate incidents and preventing extremism

Anti-Social Behaviour
-
Family Intervention (supporting families with complex needs while reducing harm in neighbourhoods)

Research, analysis, consultation and performance monitoring
